Sign up and sign in

Create your organization, sign in, and get back in if you forget your password.

On this page

  • Create your organization
  • If you were invited
  • Forgot your password

Create your organization

  1. 1Step 1: On the sign-in screen, choose Sign up and enter your email address.
  2. 2Step 2: Type the 6-digit code we email you.
  3. 3Step 3: Enter your name and a password. Your username is filled in from your email; you can change it now, but not later.
  4. 4Step 4: Enter your organization's name and details, and choose its business type: Standard / General or Jewellery.
  5. 5Step 5: Review the plans and continue to the dashboard. Every organization starts on Starter.
Good to know: The business type can't be changed after sign-up, because it decides what your records can hold. If you picked the wrong one, contact support.

Whoever signs up becomes the organization's primary admin: its owner. See Users and roles.

  • Sign in with your email and password. You go straight to the dashboard.
  • Sessions in a browser last 24 hours, then you sign in again.
  • After several failed attempts, sign-in is blocked for a short while to protect your account. Wait about 15 minutes, or reset your password.

If you were invited

  1. 1Step 1: Open the link in the invitation email to verify your address.
  2. 2Step 2: Enter the temporary password your admin gave you.
  3. 3Step 3: Choose your own password. You're signed in.

Forgot your password

  1. 1Step 1: On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email.
  2. 2Step 2: Open the reset link we email you. It works for a limited time.
  3. 3Step 3: Set a new password. You're signed out everywhere else.

Passwords need at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol.
