Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines the permitted and prohibited use of Biththi and helps protect the service, users, organizations, and third parties.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Biththi.

It applies to all users, admins, primary admins, organizations, support submissions, uploaded screenshots or attachments, invoices, customer records, item records, exports, and other data stored or processed through Biththi.

2. Lawful and Authorized Use

You may use Biththi only for lawful business and organization workflows and only with data you are authorized to access, store, process, or share.

You must not use Biththi to violate laws, regulations, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, tax obligations, consumer protection rules, or the rights of any person or organization.

3. Account and Access Rules

You must keep login credentials secure and must not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or allow unauthorized users to access your organization workspace.

Admins and primary admins are responsible for granting appropriate roles, removing access when no longer needed, and reviewing users who can access organization data.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, store, send, or generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, exploitative, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

You must not upload malware, scripts, payloads, phishing content, credential-stealing content, or files designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

You must not store or share sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and a legitimate business need to do so.

5. Abuse, Spam, and Fraud

You must not use Biththi to send spam, deceptive invoices, fraudulent payment requests, fake customer records, fake business details, or misleading commercial communications.

You must not abuse support forms, OTP flows, password reset flows, invite flows, email delivery, rate limits, plan limits, or any other service workflow.

6. Security Restrictions

You must not probe, scan, test, attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with Biththi systems, networks, APIs, authentication, sessions, rate limits, billing controls, or security features.

You must not attempt to access data from another organization, another user, or any system area that you are not authorized to use.

You must not attempt to access internal operational tools, owner dashboards, or metadata systems.

If you discover a vulnerability or suspected security issue, report it to support and do not exploit it or disclose it publicly until it is resolved.

7. Data Integrity

You must not intentionally enter false, manipulated, or unauthorized business records in a way that could harm customers, employees, partners, tax authorities, auditors, or other third parties.

Biththi is for data storage and workflow convenience and must not be treated as the sole or final source of truth for legal, tax, accounting, financial, customer, or business records.

8. System Fair Use

You must not use automated tools, bots, scraping, bulk requests, or excessive activity that harms service reliability, degrades performance, avoids plan limits, or interferes with other users.

We may apply rate limits, storage limits, attachment limits, feature limits, or other safeguards to protect the service.

9. Support Attachments and Screenshots

Support attachments and screenshots should be relevant to the issue being reported and should not include unnecessary passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, private customer data, or other sensitive information.

You are responsible for redacting information that support does not need to investigate the issue.

10. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, refuse support, notify admins, preserve records, or take other action needed to protect users, Biththi, service providers, or third parties.

Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Biththi after the policy is updated means you accept the updated policy.
