Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Biththi. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using Biththi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Biththi for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that organization.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Service Overview
Biththi provides invoice management, customer records, item catalogs, organization settings, user management, audit history, dashboard insights, and related billing workflow tools.
The service helps prepare and manage business records, but you remain responsible for verifying invoices, tax details, customer information, payment status, exports, and any records submitted to customers, accountants, tax authorities, or other third parties.
Biththi may use internal operational tools and metadata to operate, monitor, support, secure, and improve the service.
Biththi is provided for data storage and workflow convenience only. It should not be treated as the authoritative source of truth for your legal, tax, accounting, financial, customer, or business records.
3. AI-Assisted Software Notice
Biththi may contain software code, documentation, text, designs, or operational materials that were created, reviewed, or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.
AI-assisted development may help us build and improve the service, but you remain responsible for independently reviewing information, outputs, records, exports, and documents before relying on them.
4. Accounts and Organization Access
You must provide accurate signup, profile, and organization information and keep your credentials secure.
The first verified organization creator becomes the primary admin. The primary admin may manage users, transfer ownership, contact support from settings, and control organization-level access where available.
Admins are responsible for the users they invite or manage. Users must only access information and features they are authorized to use.
5. Plans, Billing, and Limits
Biththi may offer free, paid, trial, or manually activated plans. Plan features, saved invoice limits, support levels, and billing workflows may vary by plan.
Growth or enterprise access may require support confirmation or manual activation. We may change plan features, pricing, limits, or availability with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If paid plans, manual payments, or subscriptions are enabled, cancellation and refund requests must be sent to support at support@biththi.com.
Unless required by applicable law or specifically agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future renewals or future paid access rather than refunding past usage.
If a paid plan is downgraded, cancelled, expired, or not renewed, access to paid features may end at the close of the applicable billing period or support-confirmed access period.
Manual Growth or enterprise activations may follow the payment, access period, refund, and cancellation terms confirmed by support at the time of activation.
7. Your Data and Responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the business data you enter, upload, generate, or share through Biththi, including invoices, customer details, item data, organization records, notes, attachments, and support messages.
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized content. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to store customer, employee, or organization data in the service.
You should keep your own appropriate backups of important business records and verify exported or printed documents before use.
Biththi records may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly entered, or affected by user settings, system behavior, or integrations. Do not use Biththi as your sole or final source of truth.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, abuse rate limits, send spam, upload malware, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use Biththi for illegal activity.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account or organization is misusing the service or creating security, legal, or operational risk.
9. Email, Notifications, and Support
Biththi may send transactional emails such as OTPs, verification messages, password reset emails, user invitations, plan notifications, and support responses.
When you contact support, we may use your account details, organization details, message, and any attached screenshot to investigate and respond to the issue.
10. Third-Party Services
Biththi may integrate with third-party services such as email delivery, authentication providers, payment providers, hosting platforms, databases, editors, export tools, or analytics and infrastructure services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, policy changes, or processing outside our control.
11. Intellectual Property
Biththi, including its software, interface, design, brand, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Biththi only as permitted by these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of Biththi or its underlying technology to you.
12. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Biththi reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Maintenance, updates, outages, or operational issues may affect access.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product direction.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Biththi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated invoices, tax fields, calculations, exports, reports, or settings will meet every legal, tax, accounting, or business requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by incorrect data entry, unauthorized access caused by credential misuse, third-party services, or business decisions made using the service.
14. Termination
You may stop using Biththi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or material breach of these terms.
Termination may affect access to organization data, users, invoices, exports, support, or paid features.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Biththi after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
