Disclaimer
This Disclaimer explains important limits around Biththi's invoice, tax, reporting, support, and business workflow features.
1. General Information Only
Biththi provides software tools for estimates, invoices, payments, credit notes, customer and supplier records, expenses and purchase bills, item catalogs and stock tracking, reports, organization settings, exports, and related business workflows.
Information, calculations, templates, labels, reports, notifications, and generated documents in Biththi are provided for general operational convenience only.
Operational metadata and usage metrics are used for service operations and support and should not be treated as a customer-facing source of truth.
Biththi is for data storage and workflow convenience. It should not be used as the sole or final source of truth for legal, tax, accounting, financial, customer, or business records.
2. AI-Assisted Software Notice
This software may contain code, documentation, interface text, designs, or other materials generated, reviewed, or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.
AI-assisted materials can contain mistakes, omissions, or unexpected behavior. Users must independently review app outputs and business records before relying on them.
3. Not Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial Advice
Biththi does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, audit, compliance, or professional advisory services.
You should consult qualified professionals for advice about GST, tax filings, invoice format requirements, accounting treatment, financial decisions, legal obligations, or regulatory compliance that applies to your business.
4. User Responsibility for Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data entered into or generated by Biththi, including business details, customer details, invoice numbers, dates, line items, rates, discounts, taxes, payment status, notes, terms, and exported files.
You should verify every invoice, PDF, PNG, print output, dashboard figure, and report before sharing, filing, relying on, or submitting it to customers, accountants, tax authorities, or other third parties.
If a record is legally, financially, operationally, or commercially important, verify it against your original records, bank statements, accounting books, contracts, tax filings, or other authoritative systems.
5. Tax and Invoice Compliance
Tax rates, GST fields, HSN or SAC values, invoice formats, and business rules can vary by jurisdiction, customer type, transaction type, industry, and changes in law.
Biththi may help store and format tax-related information, but it does not guarantee that any invoice, export, calculation, or setting satisfies legal or tax requirements.
Biththi chooses CGST and SGST or IGST from the place of supply recorded on each document, which defaults from the customer's address or GSTIN. Check the place of supply on every invoice.
GSTIN checks confirm only the format, state code, and check character. They do not confirm that a GSTIN is registered or active on the GST portal.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B style reports are estimates prepared from your Biththi records to help you file. They do not account for input tax you can't claim, reverse charge, or other adjustments, and they are not filed returns. Check them with your accountant before filing.
6. Calculations and Reports
Totals, discounts, GST amounts, revenue summaries, payment status, balances due, receivables aging, stock levels, profit and loss estimates, saved invoice limits, and dashboard metrics depend on the data entered by users and the configured settings.
Stock levels change only through recorded purchase bills, saved invoices, credit notes, and stock adjustments. They can differ from the goods you actually hold; count your stock regularly.
Metal rates for jewellery businesses are entered by your users. Biththi does not provide or verify market rates.
Biththi is not responsible for losses or decisions caused by inaccurate input, outdated settings, user error, missing records, incorrect assumptions, or reliance on generated figures without independent review.
7. Third-Party Services
Biththi may depend on third-party services for hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, payments, exports, or other operational functions.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their outages, delays, errors, policy changes, pricing changes, or data handling outside our control.
8. Availability and Data
We work to keep Biththi reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, browser behavior, network problems, or provider outages.
You should maintain appropriate independent backups and records for important business, customer, invoice, tax, and financial information.
9. Support and Communications
Support responses are provided to help with product use and troubleshooting. Support communications are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
Screenshots or attachments shared with support should not include unnecessary sensitive information unless it is required to investigate the issue.
10. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biththi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fully compliant with every business requirement, or suitable for every jurisdiction, industry, or use case.
