Step 2: Our team confirms payment and switches your organization's plan.

Every organization starts on Starter.
If you go back to Starter, everything you created stays. You can't save new invoices while you have 25 or more saved, and history stops being recorded. Bill photos already attached stay, and you can open or remove them, but you can't add new ones. The Growth reports and report tabs are locked again.
